Great location near restaurants and shops, just a 5-minute walk to the central square.

For the price, Casa Esmeralda was incredible - the room was spacious with a great view, and the location was perfect for exploring. The staff, especially Rosario, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The staff was friendly and accessible, always willing to help with tours, taxis, and recommendations. The location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance and a great view of the parades during the Day of the Dead celebrations. The rooms were attractively furnished and meticulously cleaned every day, providing a comfortable and personalized experience.

The pillows were too big, making it uncomfortable for stomach sleepers. There was a problem with our door, although it was promptly fixed the next day.

We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which included an assortment of fresh fruit and warm coffee.

We were a bit disappointed to find that there was no parking lot available at the hotel. It would have been convenient to have a designated area for our vehicle.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room was exceptional, the bed was comfy, and the shower was great. The added bonus of having Netflix on the TV and air conditioning available was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the amazing view of the city from the roof terrace. our experience was amazing, thanks to the hospitality of the owner and her staff. Highly recommended!
